With every purchase you make with Biologic Performance we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you have received an order and you’re dissatisfied let us know and we will:
- Refund your money if it’s within 30 days of purchase after receiving the item back, shipping and restocking fees may apply
- Exchange it for another product or another of the same
Just let us know and we will do our best to take care of the problem. We want you to be happy.
We’ll also process manufacturer warranties if they apply to the product you ordered. Most cases require us to inspect the item to make sure it was at fault. Then, we can contact the manufacturer and get a replacement approved and sent out . Most products have a 1-3 year warranty. But, so have up to a 50 year warranty! Warranty time periods are noted on product pages.
