Something Wrong With Your Order?
If you have an issue with your order we sincerely want to fix it. For some immediate instructions see below:
Need to Cancel a Order:
Send us an email at email@example.com with your name and order number. We will cancel the order and refund the purchase if it hasn’t shipped yet. But, keep in mind that we may not get your request in time before we ship your order and the request may not be valid.
Your Item is Damaged or Defective:
In this case your options are a refund or replacement. Just shoot us an email to biologic firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damage, your name and order number, and what works best for you.
The Wrong Item Was Delivered:
Sorry.. this is most likely our mistake. Just shoot us an email with your order details and what you received. In most cases we will issue a pickup via UPS and have the correct item sent out in the meantime.
Missing Something From Your Order:
We work with many different warehouses. It’s possible that we shipped the items from different warehouses or suppliers and it will come in another shipment. We will usually try to notify you of this so that you’re aware of it. If we have not contacted you about this and you’re concerned… please email us and we will check into it for you asap.
